Lightway Construction LLC is looking for a highly motivated, dedicated applicant to add to our construction staff. We welcome all applicants and are well equipped to provide training for new and experienced workers.

General Duties:

Staff are responsible for construction of Post Frame Buildings, installation/replacement of steel roofs, and other general construction practices.

Minimum Requirements:

Valid Drivers License

Physical Requirements:

Applicants will need to meet the physical demands of the position, which includes but are not limited to standing, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and carrying.

Preferred Applicants:

Preferred applicants are those who have prior working experience or education in carpentry.

Lightway Construction provides competitive wages based on determined experience levels. After 6-month probationary period employees may be eligible for a wage increase and be allowed to participate in the Lightway Construction IRA (Individual Retirement Account) program.
